Due to the global pandemic of Covid-19, many professionals have to work from home now to reduce the chances of mass gatherings at offices. Working from home reduces exhausting commuting, and you can work and rest at any given time. Despite these advantages, most people find it struggling to deal with the lack of self-discipline to get certain amount of work done each day.
I made self-discipline my habit since university days. And I have to say that due to my stubborn personality, I abhor laziness. This explains why I love the feeling of working day and night at my home office. Of course, I have to make sure that I do not overwork myself.
Some might ask what if we stay in home office for too long? Well, for me, doing physical exercise is a good reason to get out of my home office.
