這個影音內容爆炸的時代,正好就是需要最多謄寫服務的時候。例如優管網站上的清談節目,可能需要打字幕,而且很多對話若涉及大律師樓、醫院診所工作相關的內容,可能也需要謄寫作備份存檔。

謄寫工作最重要是好的耳機,外加一個靜謐的工作環境。若辦公室比較吵雜,則謄寫工作比較容易分心。若工作室很安靜,則必定是事半功倍。咖啡廳、太多人的共享工作空間,顯然不是好的選擇。提早光顧過、篩選過的靜謐工作空間,則是比較適合做謄寫的地方。

當然,心平氣和也很重要,尤其在這個全球局勢不大穩定的年代。若覺得心浮氣躁,最好還是暫時不要接謄寫的案子。但是謝天謝地,我多數時候都很平靜。

Cafes and crowded co-working spaces are apparently not the best choice. Work spaces that you screened and visited to confirm them to be quiet enough for transcription work, are always the better choices.

Of course, peace of mind is also very important, particularly in this era when the situation across the globe is not very stable. Most of the time I avoid taking up transcription projects, when I feel impatient and impetuous. But thankfully, I feel quite peaceful most of the time.
